Free webinar for developers working on Renewable Development Fund projects
PGE’s renewable power program is the most successful of its kind in the country—for eight years running. When a customer chooses to purchase renewable power from PGE’s Green Future program, a portion of their purchase funds the Renewable Development Fund (RDF). The RDF offers competitive funding awards to applicants deploying their own clean energy projects. This free class will provide interested developers with information on delivering the best projects for RDF funding.
This webinar will help you:
- Understand how the RDF can be used
- Determine a project’s eligibility
- Create an effective project
- Navigate funding timeline
- Connect with non-profit organizations
Who will benefit?
This webinar is specifically designed to help developers design projects that can be supported by RDF funding.
Dan Janosec, Portland General Electric
Dan first became interested in environmental education while working for The Center for Resource Conservation, a non-profit in Boulder, Colorado. As a Teaching Assistant at UC Davis, he taught undergraduate engineering students while earning his Master’s International degree in Environmental Engineering, tying his education to his Peace Corps service in the Philippines. Upon moving to Portland, he worked as a designer at a local solar company before transitioning to his current role as Renewable Development Fund Project Manager.
